HOW DOES IT WORK?
Imagine the most relaxing time you have ever had. That inner warmth and comfort, your senses awake and alert to the beauty that surrounds you. Imagine you are there again and how refreshed and revitalised you feel. Mind Spa is a 'talking therapy' and like Mindfulness uses guided meditation to relax you. The closest experience is perhaps listening to a story with soft music playing in the background somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. The story though is one without characters or plot. It is more a series of carefully crafted scenes for your imagination to add colour to in the way that appeals you.
